I've loved music all my life. My parents first recorded
me singing, "You are my Sunshine"when I was two years
old. I still have that old 45. My next big music scene
came in the sixth grade standing before my class and rendering
an a'cappella version of Gene Autry's, "Ranch House on
the Plains".
In high school I played guitar in a band, wrote and sang
rock and roll songs and was discovered by a talent scout.
I opted for a different direction however which eventually
landed me at a small junior college where I fell into
the hootenanny craze of the sixties. Music always has
been and still is a major part of my life.
I've recently written two CDs', Hard to Talk About
and Hard to Talk About Too which will be available
on my web site soon. The songs are intended to validate
and help heal victims of abuse, abandoned children, struggling
single parents and all others who carry burdens truly
hard to talk about. The songs are serious commentary on
serious human subjects. We all have a tendency to define
ourselves by the trials of our lives. Your song will be
there too.
